When you select this Full Service experience, we will support you with everything from start to finish. This package is for the host who wants a hands off approach to event planning. You will be able to have as much say so in the process as you want, while also receiving professional advice. We will be there every step of the way to make sure your event is exactly how you want it. Below we have listed the core services we provide in this package:
- Initial Planning Consultation
- Unlimited Communication
- Custom Event Budget and Tracking
- Full Design; including but not limited to floor plan/seating, florals, menu, and invitations, etc.
- Guest List & RSVP Management
- Create Day-of Itinerary
- Venue Selection
- Vendor Referral & Collaboration
- Payment Scheduling (distribute final payments & gratuities)
- Vendor Contact & To-Do List (distributed to all vendors)
- Staging & Placement Plan
- Party Favor/Welcome Bag Curation & Assembly
- Assistance with Tastings & Food and Bar Menus
- Total Decor Set-Up & Tear-Down
- 2 in-person planning meetings in the 90 days leading up to the event day.
- Hands-on event management during to manage everything while you enjoy your big day with no worries!
- Up to 12 hours of on-site support on the event day. (1 Lead Planner + 2 Assistant day-of planners)

Partial Planning & Event Design ✨
The Partial Planning package is perfect for hosts who have a clear vision for their event, but need guidance on how to bring it to life, or for those whose busy schedules make handling all the planning alone overwhelming. We will support you as you navigate through planning process and offer budget-specific vendor lists. This package also includes an event checklist to keep you on track along the planning process. Below we have listed the core services we provide in this package:
- Initial Planning Consultation
- Monthly Communication via phone & email as needed
- Custom Event Budget and Tracking
- Create Vision Board - focus on color schemes & event style/theme.
- Determine Guest Count & Provide RSVP Checklist Template
- Create Day-of Itinerary
- Provide Vendor Contact List
- 1 planning meeting in the 90 days leading up to the event day.
- Staging & Placement Plan
- Total Decor Set-Up (Tear-down is an additional hourly cost).
- Hands-on event management during to manage everything while you enjoy your big day with no worries!
- Up to 8 hours of on-site support on event day (1 Lead Planner + 1 Assistant day-of planners)

Day-of Coordination ✨
Our Day-Of Coordination package is designed those who have planned their event, but want a professional to step in and ensure everything runs smoothly. We take the reins on the day of your celebration — overseeing setup and handling any last-minute details. When you select the Day-of Coordination experience, you’ll provide the party supplies and we will make the magic happen with:
- Initial Consultation
- Up to 2 hours of virtual planning advice via phone or e-mail.
- Decor Set-Up (using your provided decor; Teacher’s Touch rental party kits available upon request).
- Styling Services (the featured dining table or party table tops).
- Assemble Games/Activities For Attendees
- Up to 4 hours of in-person preparation and production (1 Lead Planner + 1 Assistant day-of planner)

Design + Styling
Four Seasons Services ✨
Switching up your space with the seasons should feel fun and not like another chore. You provide the decor, we take care of the setup, styling, and finishing touches. From fluffing pillows to hanging wreaths or setting the perfect seasonal tablescape, we bring energy, creativity, and attention to detail - whatever seasonal decorating you need!
This tier includes:
- Event Planning and Designing Support from the Lead Planner & Designer
- Foyer and Entryway Refresh
- Swapping out seasonal pieces to align with current season/holiday.
- Light tidying and organizing for visual impact.
- Dining Table Setting/Placement
- 3 Hour Duration (additional hours available upon request in advance).
Pricing starts at $250
- Tree Decorating Add On:
* 4-6ft $150, 6-8ft $200, 8-10ft $300

Sobremesa means “upon the table” in Spanish. The lifestyle meaning of the phrase sobremesa represents the idea of spending time together at the table after a meal.
Let us create a dining experience that will keep people wanting to join in sobremesa well after their entree is served!
This tier includes:
- Event Planning and Design Support from the Lead Planner & Designer
- Complimentary Day-of Support with a team for set up of the table decorations and place settings (serveware and glassware rentals available upon request in advance).
- Personalized place cards for each guest
- 3 Hour Duration (additional hours available upon request in advance).
- Bud Vases w/ Fresh Florals
Party favor for each guest (additional add ons upon request in advance)
- Delivery, Set up, Breakdown, and Clean up.

From beautifully styled bulletin boards and neatly labeled bins to reimagined learning spaces, we’re here to help you bring your classroom to life — without the overwhelm. Whether you’re starting your first year as a teacher and want to be EXTRA or a veteran teacher moving back into her room of 10 years and want things quick and easy, we got you! Our task-based help is designed to support your vision, your space, and your students’ needs.
You bring the supplies and we’ll bring the time, energy, and fresh ideas with a whole lot of teacher love!
This tier includes:
- Event Planning and Designing Support from the Lead Planner & Designer
- 1 hour virtual meeting to discuss themes and prepare ideas for move in day.
- Teacher Desk Refresh
- Student Library Set-up
- Bulletin Board Styling + Setting (up to 2 boards)
- Labeling of shelves (up to 3 shelves)
- Light tidying and organizing for visual impact.
- Provide $20 worth of laminated materials (can include lesson prep items)
- Up to 3 hours of on-site support.
